Sometimes it takes a while for a costume to really come to life. Tomura Shigaraki debuted with a brilliant design, but the later changes to his costume elevated his villain look to a whole new level. Just check out this figure! The embellishments and longer hair work to bring out his intense expression. You might want to add some heroes to your collection if you invite Tomura to join, though.
