Australian Customers:

• All items are shipped via Australia Post
• We ship to PO box and Parcel Locker address.
• Express shipping is available at checkout. 

Free Australia wide Shipping on all orders over $100

Flat Rate Shipping on all Australia orders under $100
$8.00

International Shipping. 

We ship to Canada, USA, UK, Japan and New Zealand. 

$25 AUD flat rate shipping for Canada, USA, UK and Japan. 

$15 AUD flat rate shipping for New Zealand. 

Estimated Shipping timeframes:

• Canada - 6-10 business days
• Japan - 6-10 business days
• United Kingdom - 6-12 business days
• USA - 6-10 business days

For any other international orders please email sales@shumishop.com.au for a custom shipping quote. 

Please Note:
– Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

DISPATCH

We strive to get all orders shipped out within 2 business days of the order confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once it ships.

POSTAL CARE

We don't want you to receive a damaged item so we take great care in protecting your order. Bubble wrap and packaging is used to protect all orders.  Full item tracking is also done on all orders. 

INSURANCE

By default we do have $100 insurance on all orders. Additional insurance can be added on at checkout or via email as needed. 

ORDER ISSUES

 

We will help with any issues an item has, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for any issues. After that time period we will not be responsible for any issues.
