Shumi Shop - Refund, Returns and More.
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Shumi Shop and will always do what we can to help.
Care is always taken when packaging your orders but sometimes manufacture faults or shipping damaged can occur.
If there is an issue with any part of your order please email us at sales@shumishop.com.au
Customers who have an issue with their order must contact us within 30 days of item delivery/order completion.
Any inquiries submitted outside of this timeframe are ineligible for a return, refund or credit.
Damaged or Defective items
Items that arrive with MAJOR production defects can be exchanged or returned for a refund within Australia.
Please contact us if your item has any damaged and we will usually ask for photo evidence to assist.
If an item is found to be defective or damaged we will attempt a replacement part or complete item. If that is not possible, a return label will be issues and a full refund will be provided once the return has been completed.
Change of Mind
You can return your item within 14 days for a store credit refund of the item price, less any cancellation fees (applies to pre-order, custom/special ordered products) and original shipping fees. The collector is liable for any and all shipping costs associated.
Important Things to Note:
- Shumi Shop can refuse a change of mind refund as per Australian Consumer Law.
- The item(s) must be in it's original state, undamaged and unopened.
Refunds
All refunds are at the discretion of Shumi Shop. Unless your item is deemed significantly defective or is different from what was advertised you will not be entitled to a refund.
In the event of a refund, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days after receiving your return. It can take up to 14 business days for the funds to post to the original payment method(s), depending on your financial institution.
Pre-order/Special Order Products
Pre-order deposit are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellation fee may apply. (see out Terms of Service page for more info)
Consumer Law
If a product or service you buy fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you have the right to ask for a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. The remedy you're entitled to will depend on whether the issue is major or minor.
We will endeavour to refund or replace the items in compliance with Australian consumer laws.
